\n1. How did you develop a passion for cars and\/or motorsports?<\/strong>
\nMy earliest memories are of being obsessed with cars. I recall hanging out with our neighbor, who was a home mechanic when I was 5, and learning what I could from him. Then we got cable, and I watched Speedvision religious for motorsport content. Then, I got a Motor Trend subscription at age 10. It was game over for me. I read them obsessively and biked to the library for all the car books. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
\nBe present. Show up. Go to everything you can. Educate yourself too. Learn all that you can about cars. People will respect you more when they realize you’re knowledgeable AND passionate.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nIt would be a MK1 Ford GT40 because I was so obsessed with them as a kid and the history behind them. I have had access to a few original GT40s, but unfortunately, I did not fit. So, I would have to find one I fit in.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nGoodwood Reunion, there’s just nothing like seeing and feeling historic masterpieces going at it on a race track.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nIt was probably the Velocity Invitational. It’s like an American version of Goodwood Revival. You not only get to get up close and personal with 250 GTOs, Daytona Coupes, etc. You also get to see Zack Brown and crew take out legendary F1 cars and run them! <\/span><\/p>\nA look at cars and motorsports through his lens:
