\n1. How did you develop a passion for cars and\/or motorsports?<\/strong>
\nI grew up in the desert near Willow Springs and LA County Raceway, so I have early memories of being at the track with family. My older cousin was a huge NASCAR fan and raced SCCA in an Alfa Spider. I grew up being obsessed with combing through car magazines, staying up all night watching Speed Channel, and tracking down every Top Gear clip possible on LimeWire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
\nNetwork! I remember connecting with any auto enthusiast I could when Twitter launched. I’d reach out to ask them how they started their careers, how to approach the OEMs on projects, and what events to attend. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, most car people are open to sharing. <\/span><\/p>\n
\nMaserati MC12. I’ve always been a massive Italian car fan and the Enzo\/MC12 twins launched while I was at my peak automotive nerdiness in high school. I just love everything about the dramatic styling, blue\/white paint scheme, and screaming V12.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
\nI’ve yet to make it out to the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and it remains on my bucket list for the pure variety of vehicles it gathers each year. The crowd and vibe seem right up my alley.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nMy first Indy 500 trip back in 2017. The tradition and spectacle of that race week is something you simply need to experience in person. I’ve been to Le Mans, the Daytona 500, Rolex 24, etc. and nothing tops it. <\/span><\/p>\nA glance at his work with Motul:
